Role Description This is a full time, in office Production Engineer role based in Cuttack.

The Production

Engineer will oversee production processes for steel building fabrication, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to project specifications, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating production planning with project teams, monitoring material usage, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting erection and civil work activities. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, implementing process improvements,



and maintaining clear communication with supervisors, site engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and cost targets.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Production Engineering, with the ability to manage and optimize fabrication and erection processes.
Analytical skills to interpret production data, identify inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with site teams, management, suppliers, and clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in steel structures or pre-engineered building projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with relevant design and production software, and basic understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in construction and fabrication.
