Role Description This is a full time, on-site Pediatric Vision Therapist role based in Bangalore Urban.

The Pediatric Vision

Therapist will work with children to assess visual skills, implement individualized vision therapy programs, and track progress over time. Daily tasks include conducting structured therapy sessions, documenting observations, adjusting exercises based on clinical goals, and collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals. The role also involves educating caregivers on home-based activities, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive, engaging therapy environment.





The therapist is expected to participate in case discussions, follow clinic protocols, and support outreach or educational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Relevant clinical training or certification in vision therapy, optometry, orthoptics, pediatric rehabilitation, or a closely related field.

Experience working with children in therapeutic, clinical, or educational settings, preferably in pediatric eye care or developmental therapy.

Strong observational, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to tailor therapy plans to individual needs.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage children and collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to maintain a calm, patient, and supportive presence, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Comfort with learning and using therapy tools, visual aids, and basic digital systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
