Key Responsibilities:

Punjabi is mandatory for this role.
Edit and produce high-quality video content for paid advertising campaigns in Punjabi.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align videos with campaign goals and performance metrics
Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects to create polished, engaging videos
Analyze ad performance data and optimize video content accordingly
Follow brand guidelines while adding creativity and innovation to video edits
Experiment with new editing styles, formats, and trends to enhance ad performance
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall video strategy and outcomes
Ensure high attention to detail in video pacing, storytelling, and composition

Other requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing
Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and performance-driven content
Robust understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and composition
Knowledge of social media platforms and online video formats is an advantage
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
