Job Responsibilities
Build and lead the Business Analysis practice, driving strategy, delivery excellence, and team growth.
Own P&L;, revenue generation, pre-sales, solution architecture, and AI-led business transformation initiatives.
Establish BA governance, frameworks, and best practices while mentoring high-performing BA teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve delivery quality, process intelligence, and large transformation wins.
