Role Description The Project Coordinator role is a contract, in office position based in Udaipur.

The Project

Coordinator will support end-to-end project execution, including planning tasks, monitoring timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure localization projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. This role involves communicating with internal teams and external partners, tracking project progress, and escalating risks or issues as needed.

Qualifications

Solid project coordination and organizational skills, including experience managing timelines, tasks, and documentation.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues, track risks, and support timely resolutions.

Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software, communication platforms) for day-to-day coordination.

Experience or interest in localization, language services, or digital content projects is an advantage.

Relevant education in business, management, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
