The Project

Coordinator is expected to support the project manager during client program launnches and maintenance of programs on daily basis.

Support the project manager during project implementations To coordinate between client and internal tech teams during current client install and integration

Liaison between different internal teams for project delivery, ongoing support and maintenance

Perform the role of a platform administrator, configuring programs, promotions and ongoing management of client programs To help in creating process documents and requirement templates Requirements Experience working on technology platforms

Experience working and creating MIS reports The successful candidate should have 3 plus years’ experience in project implementation & support

Should have experience working with different teams during project maintenance & support





Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities

Negotiation skills and an ability to handle chaos Qualifications A degree is required, preferably in IT Preferred Industries ITES, Software industry Behavioral Competencies Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening. Articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent manner

Robust analytical and detailed planning skills

Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with both internal and external teams

Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed client’s expectations

Proactive and self-motivated
