Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of road and highway construction projects.
Plan project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
Manage site engineers, subcontractors, manpower, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with MoRTH specifications, IRC standards, and project quality requirements.
Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
Review BOQs, billing, measurements, and project documentation.
Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Prepare project MIS, DPRs, and progress reports for management.
Oversee procurement planning and material management.




Drive successful project completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
815 years of experience in road/highway construction projects.
Hands-on experience in PMGSY, NHAI, PWD, or EPC projects.
Solid knowledge of MoRTH Specifications, IRC Codes, BOQ, billing, and project planning.
Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites, if required.
