Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, an eye for detail, and hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify issues early, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Perform manual testing (functional, regression, usability, integration, and system testing).
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.).
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Verify fixes and perform retesting to confirm issue resolution.
Participate in requirements reviews to ensure test coverage and product quality from the early stages.
Conduct performance, load, and stress testing as required.
Maintain transparent, detailed, and organized testing documentation.




Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Robust understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Hands-on experience with manual testing and test case management tools.
Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cypress).
Basic knowledge of API testing, SQL, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
