About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer (PDE III) with deep expertise in Java , microservices, and scalable distributed systems. As part of our high-performance engineering team, you will design, build, and optimize backend services that power mission-critical products used by global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and scale microservices-based applications using Java & Spring ecosystem
Design and optimize high-performance, low-latency backend systems
Own end-to-end delivery — architecture, coding, testing, deployment & monitoring




Build secure and resilient systems with fault-tolerance and observability
Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions
Mentor junior engineers & influence engineering best practices
Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues

Work Experience Required Skills
Solid hands-on expertise in:
Core Java, Java 11+
Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA
REST API frameworks & microservices
Robust understanding of:
DSA, system design, distributed systems
Concurrency, multithreading & memory management
Event-driven architecture: Kafka / RabbitMQ
Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB / Redis
DevOps stack: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure
Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and coding agents for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and developer productivity

Positive to Have
Experience in SaaS & multi-tenant cloud environments
ElasticSearch / Redis caching
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
TDD: JUnit, Mockito

Experience in high-scale event streaming systems
