Key Responsibility
Costing &
Estimation
Prepare cost estimates for current jobs and ongoing projects.
Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
Provide detailed reports on cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
Scheduling &
Planning
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align timelines and deliverables.
Optimise workforce allocation to maximise productivity.
Site Coordination
Arrange all site requirements including manpower, equipment, and services.
Ensure availability of necessary tools, machinery, and materials.
Supervise site activities to maintain workflow and resolve issues promptly.
Resource Management
Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Documentation &
Reporting
Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and resource utilisation.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
Document site issues and propose solutions.




Communication &
Liaison
Act as a bridge between management, clients, and site teams.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Handle client queries and provide updates on project status.

Qualifications &
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or site management.
Solid knowledge of costing, estimation, and scheduling tools.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,372.05 per month
