About The Role We are looking for a Product Engineer with strong backend development experience to build scalable solutions for RTB, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-performance AdTech products.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain backend services powering our AdTech platform

Develop scalable APIs and microservices for RTB and publisher monetization

Work on OpenRTB integrations, bidding workflows, and ad-serving infrastructure

Build integrations with SSPs, DSPs, and external AdTech partners

Optimize platform latency, throughput, and reliability

Collaborate with Product, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver recent platform capabilities

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical product decisions

Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend software development





Solid understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and Programmatic Advertising

Programming experience in Python and/or Node.js is preferrable

Familiarity with VAST, SSAI, video advertising, or CTV is preferred

Robust debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
