Role Description This is a full time, on-site Purchase Executive role based in Faridabad.

The Purchase

Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating prices, and finalizing vendor contracts for hotel operations. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, placing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services.

Executive will maintain accurate purchase records, verify invoices, support cost control initiatives,



and collaborate with accounts and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies. The role also requires regular communication with hotel units to understand their requirements, resolve supply issues, and contribute to efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.

Qualifications
Robust procurement and vendor management skills, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
Ability to manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate logistics and deliveries.
Proficiency in basic accounting practices related to purchasing, such as invoice verification and cost tracking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.
Working knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement software is beneficial.
Experience in hospitality or hotel industry purchasing is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, commerce, business administration, or a related field preferred.
