We are looking for an experienced R&D; Head to lead research, product innovation, and strategic development in Agricultural Biologicals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead research on biocontrol agents, microbial isolation, and characterization.
Develop creative biofertilizer and biocontrol formulations.
Oversee product development, scale-up, process optimization, and production support.
Ensure R&D; documentation, SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Drive strategic R&D; initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:
PhD in Microbiology, Pathology, or related specialization.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Agricultural Biologicals, Biofertilizers, Biocontrol, or Agricultural R&D.;
