Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, ensure timely purchasing of goods and services, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a good understanding of the supply chain process, and the ability to work under pressure to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities: Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities. Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, receipts, and inventory. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment. Ensure the timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to procurement.





Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and explore current vendor options. Review and verify purchase invoices and ensure timely payments. Prepare procurement reports and analyze procurement performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role. Robust negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
