Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, vendor coordination, process optimization, and ensuring on-time delivery of products while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
Prepare and execute production plans as per the MRP schedule.
Ensure timely completion of production orders and adherence to delivery commitments.
Supervise and manage production manpower, allocating resources efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and outsourced components.
Visit vendor sites for stage inspections whenever required.
Resolve production-related issues, machine operator concerns, and technical drawing queries.
Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.




Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
Analyze production reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members to improve overall performance.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management based on business requirements.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Excellent understanding of 2D engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machining operations.
Solid leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in production, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven ability to lead production teams in a manufacturing workplace.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
