Job Title: Senior Career Consultant

Location: HAL Industrial Estate, Vibhutipura, Bengaluru (Hybrid/Remote options available)

Role Summary

Operating from our corporate headquarters in the HAL area, you will be a lead strategist in our Qualified Staffing division. This role is designed for a recruitment expert who thrives in a Hybrid environmentcombining the collaborative energy of our HAL office with the focus and autonomy of Work from home. You will manage high-value lateral mandates and provide high-touch consultancy to mid-to-senior level professionals.

Work Model: The "Best of Both"
Hybrid Flexibility: Spend 2–3 days a week at our HAL Industrial Estate office for team brainstorming, client strategy sessions, and leadership meetings.
Remote Focus: The remainder of the week is yours to manage remotely, leveraging our cloud-based recruitment stack to engage with talent across India.

Key Responsibilities
Niche Talent Acquisition: Lead the search for "purple squirrel" candidates in Tech,

Aerospace (given our HAL proximity), BFSI, and Healthcare.
Consultative Selling:



Act as a talent advisor to CHROs and Business Heads,

providing data-backed insights on the "Bangalore Talent War" and salary trends.
Candidate Experience: Conduct virtual and in-person career coaching sessions,

helping senior candidates navigate complex offer negotiations.
Hiring Analytics: Use our proprietary ATS and AI tools to track conversion ratios and reduce "Time-to-Fill" for critical mandates.
Mentorship: Guide junior consultants based at the HAL hub, fostering a culture of high performance and empathy.

Requirements & Qualifications

Criteria Specification

Experience 6+ years in Recruitment/Executive Search (Consulting background preferred).

Location

Ability to commute to HAL Industrial Estate, Vibhutipura for office days.

Digital Savvy Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and remote collaboration tools (Teams/Zoom).

Education MBA or Post-Graduation in Human Resources is a strong plus.

Soft Skills Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
