Key Roles and Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling: Creating project plans, setting milestones, and developing schedules to meet deadlines.
Cost Management: Preparing budgets, tracking costs, and managing project finances.
Site Management: Supervising workers, subcontractors, and overseeing daily in office operations.
Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, obtaining permits, and ensuring compliance with building codes.
Quality Control: Inspecting work to ensure it meets technical specifications and quality standards.
Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and contractors.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
