Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, recruitment MIS, and talent acquisition. Candidates with manufacturing industry hiring experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
Support recruitment reporting and hiring analytics.

Requirements
Graduate (HR/Business Administration preferred).
2–4 years of recruitment experience.
Strong LinkedIn network and sourcing skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Valuable documentation and MS Excel skills.
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
