About the Role

We are seeking energetic and passionate Recruitment Specialists to support our growing U.S. IT Staffing practice. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement analysis through candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer hiring requirements and staffing priorities.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, Naukri, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Assess candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, work authorization, location, and compensation expectations.
Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and customers.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback and hiring decisions.
Negotiate compensation, notice period, and joining timelines.
Coordinate offer release, documentation, background verification, onboarding, and joining activities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.




Work closely with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Account Managers to fulfill customer staffing requirements.
Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and closures.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and customer requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
15 years of experience in U.S. IT Recruitment or IT Staffing.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
