We are hiring an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive for one of our clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and support the organization's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience while building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Handle offer rollouts,



salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques
Ability to assess candidates against job requirements
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

Preferred Requirements
Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Exposure to bulk hiring or campus recruitment will be an added advantage
