Greet and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations.
Demonstrate and explain the features and perks of our interior furnishing products, including flooring, wall coverings, upholstery, and more.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
Process sales transactions, manage billing, and handle cash or card payments.
Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve service quality.

Qualifications
Preferred - Minimum 4 year of experience in retail sales or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer preferences and build rapport.
Knowledge of interior furnishing products is an advantage but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
