We are looking for Recruiters to join a rapidly growing NBFC plus Fintech startup that specializes in providing instant personal loans to salaried professionals in India. Key responsibilties Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets in fast-paced settings.

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

Plan and execute diverse hiring initiatives such as walk-in drives, virtual hiring events, and campus recruitments.

Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track metrics, analyze pipeline performance, and optimize hiring efficiency.

Maintain a solid talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with passive candidates and leveraging Boolean search techniques.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion goals throughout the hiring process.

Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations to leadership.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology,



or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Required

Technical & Functional Skills Proven experience (1–3 years) recruiting in the Financial Services industry.

Solid track record in volume hiring and sales role recruitment — mandatory.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems.

Advanced Boolean search skills and experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and niche platforms.

Familiarity with background checks, onboarding workflows, and compliance standards.

Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for fintech, or hybrid roles within Financial Services.

Experience managing recruitment for mid-to-senior-level positions.

Experience supporting multi-site or remote hiring across geographies. Please note that this role will have 5 days of work from office, with two Saturdays Work from Home and Two Saturdays off.
