Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the organization's hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure all recruitment trackers and candidate databases are updated.
Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.
Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply, if applicable).

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring processes.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience recruiting for multiple departments and positions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
