Job Summary

Basetech Plastics Private Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and lead shop-floor personnel. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Lead, train, and motivate production operators.
Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and company policies.
Minimize production downtime and material wastage.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments.
Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.




Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a INJECTION MOLDING industry (plastics experience preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety practices.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills
Experience in plastic injection molding.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, ERP).
