Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit IT professionals for contract and full time roles
Work on requirements from direct clients and implementation partners
Screen candidates based on technical skills and client requirements
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding activities
Build robust candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in technical recruitment/staffing
Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with US staffing/recruitment is preferred
