Recommend measures to improve production

Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems

Coordinate job assignments and cross-training between and within divisions

Confer with other supervisors and functional groups to coordinate activities of individual departments We Are Looking For Someone With At least 4+ years of experience in production and manufacturing with valuable results

D.M.E., B.E. degrees

Past experience in leading small teams

Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements A greater understanding of IATF requirements; fully knowledgeable in ISO products and of 5S Salary Depends on Skill and Experience
