Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Project Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager Project Sales with a solid background in the Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling project sales and a well-established network with Architects (Mandatory), Builders, Developers, and Fabricators. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving specifications, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow business through Project Sales across the assigned territory.
Build and maintain robust relationships with Architects (Mandatory), Builders, Developers, Fabricators, and Key Consultants.
Generate product specifications with architects and consultants.
Identify recent construction projects and convert them into business opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.




Coordinate with channel partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project progress from specification to order closure.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports and maintain project pipelines.

Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Experience
510 years of experience in Project Sales.
Strong network with Architects (Mandatory), Builders, Developers, and Fabricators.
Experience in the Building Materials industry such as ACP, Plywood, Laminates, Glass, Hardware, Tiles, Paints, Faade, Alluminium Systems, or related products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle large-value projects and institutional clients.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
