Manage the complete production cycle from Sampling to Bulk Production for Women Fashion Garments
Coordinate with Tailors, Embroidery units, Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing Vendors to ensure smooth production.
Plan production schedules and monitor timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.
Oversee quality control at every stage of production and resolve production-related issues.
Optimize production costs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:
5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the Apparel Units
Solid knowledge of Fabrics, Embroidery (hand & machine), Dyeing, Printing, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, and Garment Production processes.
Experience in handling production teams and vendors
Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel locally for vendor and production unit coordination, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
