Brand Strategy & Product Management
Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product planning, launch, growth, and portfolio optimization.
Prepare annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor product performance and recommend strategies for sustainable growth.

Market Analysis
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Analyze prescription trends, sales data, and market share to identify business opportunities.
Evaluate competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
Identify prospects for current product introductions and line extensions.

Product Launch Management
Plan and execute successful product launches across assigned territories.
Coordinate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance teams for launch readiness.
Develop launch plans, promotional materials, and communication strategies.

Sales Force Effectiveness
Develop promotional inputs, visual aids, leave-behinds, product literature, and digital marketing materials.
Conduct product training for Sales Managers, Medical Representatives, and Key Account Managers.




Support the field force through regular market visits and customer interactions.
Assist the sales team in achieving business objectives through effective product positioning.

Medical & Scientific Engagement
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, conferences, symposiums, and product presentations.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Business Performance Management
Monitor product sales, profitability, inventory, and market share.
Prepare monthly business reviews and recommend corrective actions.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize promotional investments.
Track return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing teams.
Ensure uninterrupted product availability and effective demand forecasting.
Support commercial decision-making with market insights and business analytics.
