Develop and implement procurement and purchasing strategies.
Source, evaluate, and onboard recent suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Issue and approve Purchase Orders (POs).
Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain supplier scorecards.
Identify prospects for cost reduction and process improvement.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal requirements.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, delivery, and payment disputes.
Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and spend analysis.
Collaborate with finance for invoice verification and payment reconciliation.
Lead and mentor the purchasing team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
