Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with a robust background in supplier quality, CMM inspection, quality systems, and machine assembly. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality management, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives in the automation or machine manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in CMM and FARO Arm programming and inspection.
Perform supplier inspections and quality audits at vendor locations.
Monitor supplier quality performance and drive improvement initiatives.
Resolve machine assembly-related quality issues.
Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
Ensure completion and maintenance of QMS documentation.
Carry out in-process inspections during manufacturing and assembly.
Plan and maintain calibration of measuring instruments.
Maintain quality records and department documentation.




Drive quality improvement using FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
Follow up and verify corrective and preventive actions until closure.
Coordinate with production, design, purchase, and other cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
