Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Handle client management and provide regular recruitment updates.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution.
Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Purchase/Procurement,



or Recruitment is preferred.
Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Willing to work from the office, 5 days a week.
