Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native with reusable, scalable components.
Implement pixel-perfect UI from design specs and ensure consistent behavior across iOS and Android.
Integrate RESTful APIs, handle async flows, and manage application state effectively.
Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
Diagnose and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks; optimize app startup time and rendering performance.
Work closely with designers, product, and backend teams to refine requirements and deliver features end-to-end.
Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and timely delivery with transparent technical updates and documentation.
Support release processes, versioning, and app store deployments while ensuring quality and stability.




Collaborate on integrating AI-driven capabilities (e.g., smart suggestions, personalization, or automation) into mobile workflows.
Evaluate feasibility, latency, and UX impact of AI features to ensure practical, user-friendly implementations.

Technical and Qualified Requirements
23 years of professional experience in mobile development with solid hands-on expertise in React Native.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and component-driven development.
Experience integrating APIs, handling authentication, and managing state in mobile apps.
Understanding of mobile debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques.
Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA (or equivalent relevant background).
