About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Intern to assist our project team in the successful execution of ongoing projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, testing activities, documentation, and on-site support. It is an excellent prospect for individuals who are eager to learn and gain practical experience in project management and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support the project team in day-to-day project execution and coordination.
Perform testing activities and document observations and outcomes.
Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for project discussions and review meetings.
Provide on-site support during project activities, client meetings, and events as required.
Track project tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Maintain project documentation and reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project updates.
Carry out additional project-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering,



Management, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.

Additional Requirements
Internship Duration: Until December.
Travel: Willingness to travel for project-related activities is mandatory.
Comfortable working on-site whenever required.
