We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead our IT recruitment operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate must come from a staffing company background, possess solid IT domain expertise, and have a proven track record of leading recruitment teams to deliver high-volume tech hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end IT recruitment across permanent and contract staffing, ensuring fast turnarounds and high fulfillment rates.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 8 - 12 IT recruiters, setting KPIs and driving productivity.
Client Engagement: Manage relationships with key client hiring managers, understanding technical mandates and managing SLAs.
Process Tracking:



Monitor recruitment metrics to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements
12+ years in IT Recruitment, with 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
Mandatory: Background in a Staffing/Recruitment Agency (agency experience required).
Solid understanding of tech stacks (Infra, Cloud, Full-Stack, DevOps, Data, Enterprise Software).
Hands-on expertise with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and talent market analytics.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
Based in or willing to work in Delhi.
