Job Title: Purchase Manager Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full time Experience: 5+ years Job Summary :We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Manager to manage our purchasing activities and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement processes, robust negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment .

Key Responsibilities - Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services
Manage supplier performance, evaluate quotations, and finalize purchase orders
Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels
Maintain accurate procurement records in Tally and related systems
Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery of goods and services
Track deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delays
Assist in budgeting, cost control,



and forecasting of procurement needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Requirements Education - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus Experience - 5+ years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
Hands-on experience with Tally and procurement software/tools.
Solid vendor negotiation and supplier management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
