Role Description The Project Engineer at Pivara Tech will oversee end-to-end execution of industrial automation projects, from initial requirements gathering and technical design through implementation and commissioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, preparing detailed engineering and project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

The role involves working closely with clients to clarify needs, provide technical guidance, and address issues that arise during installation and integration of electrical and control systems. This is a full-time,



hybrid role based in Bhavani, with a mix of on-site work at project locations and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, documentation, and coordination tasks.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for designing, reviewing, and implementing industrial automation solutions.
Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risk across multiple projects.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and to document technical and project information clearly.
Practical experience in industrial automation, control systems, or related engineering environments is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bhavani, travel to customer sites as needed, and adapt to agile project requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
