About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to support our talent acquisition and HR operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate coordination, documentation, and HR support within the real estate sector. It is ideal for individuals who are organized, people-centric, and interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles

Post and manage job openings on hiring platforms and social channels

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Assist in onboarding and documentation processes

Maintain and update candidate, intern, and employee databases





Track attendance, performance, and engagement of interns

Prepare basic recruitment and HR reports

Address candidate and intern queries and support daily recruitment operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information

Familiarity with HR tools or applicant tracking systems is a plus

Eligibility Criteria

Available for a remote internship

Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months

Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields are encouraged to apply
