TDF Diamonds & Gold is hiring an HR Recruiter for its sister concern, Phi Clinic We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organization's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage job postings on recruitment platforms.
Assist with onboarding activities for selected candidates.




Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
Valuable organizational and coordination abilities.

Location: Chembur, Mumbai Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
