Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Process Associate to join our Data Management team.
The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in data handling, data processing, or backend operations.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing data workflows, ensuring quality checks, and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
Candidates should be comfortable working in night shifts and possess good analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, update, and maintain data records accurately.
Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks.
Analyze and organize large sets of data in spreadsheets and internal systems.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness as per company standards.




Coordinate with internal teams for data-related requirements.
Generate reports and maintain MIS records.
Identify discrepancies in data and resolve them promptly.
Follow operational guidelines and process SOPs.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Valuable typing speed and attention to detail.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
