Role & responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee assigned projects from initiation to commissioning, aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress against milestones, and manage resources and priorities.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, and Quality to ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and assemblies.
Drive build, mechanical/electrical assembly, integration, and wiring of automation systems and SPMs.
Lead in-house testing, debugging, and pre-dispatch trials; support PLC/robot integration with controls counterparts.
Plan and execute installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and handover at customer sites.
Identify and escalate risks, delays, and technical issues; drive corrective actions to protect timeline and cost.
Maintain transparent communication and status reporting to internal stakeholders and customers.
Capture and resolve site issues; conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards throughout execution.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience of FAT and SAT.
Fluet in English communication.
