Gather competition data by conducting extensive market research.
Conduct extensive Partner and Channel technical trainings on products as well as solution selling along with USPs.
Drive product improvement based on market feedback and self-assessment of products.
Co-ordinate with R&D; and drive vendor and product validation for High Frequency portfolio.
Resolving customer complaints by guidance on troubleshooting and driving component level expertise in close co-ordination with service team.
Assist partners with critical solar installations along with guidance on BOS.
Suggest relevant solutions to partners based on market requirements.
Assist service team in building a robust global service infrastructure.
Co-ordination with vendors and drive implementation of improvements/changes derived out of complaints and market feedback.
Work closely with traded category team for future product roadmap and product assessment and approval.

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics/Electricals
