As an RN with Greater Baltimore Homecare LLC, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and provision of direct nursing care. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of client health needs.

Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with clients and other health care providers.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor clients for changes in condition and adjust care plans accordingly.

Educate clients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to provide top-notch care.

Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Maryland.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Solid clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols.

Exceptional judgment and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
