Role Description The Quality Field Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Rajasthan, India. This position is responsible for performing field inspections, quality checks, and testing activities at client sites to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and project specifications. The role involves documenting findings, preparing reports, and communicating results and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

The Quality Field

Engineer will coordinate with project stakeholders, support audits, assist in resolving technical and quality-related issues,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role may include travel within the region, adherence to health and safety procedures, and accurate use of testing equipment and digital tools for data collection.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in quality assurance, inspection, and testing methods relevant to engineering or industrial projects.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in report writing, documentation, and use of basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, data entry systems).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams on-site.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience in field engineering, quality control, or inspection in industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site, travel within Rajasthan as required, and comply with safety and ethical standards.
