Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple Power Transmission projects across India.
Handle end-to-end project execution from survey, design coordination, foundation, erection, stringing, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for smooth execution.
Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure timely completion.
Ensure adherence to safety SOPs and maintain zero-accident objectives.
Guide project teams and drive successful project delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:
B.E./Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
15–24 years of experience in Power Transmission EPC projects.
Solid experience in survey, foundation, tower erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning.
Mandatory experience in handling multiple 765 kV TBCB Transmission Line projects.
Excellent leadership, planning, client coordination, and project management skills.
