Role: Product Owner :

The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, advertisers, media operations teams, and delivery teams to define, prioritize, and manage the Retail Media Network product backlog. The role is responsible for translating business objectives into actionable requirements, ensuring delivery of campaign management, audience targeting, measurement, reporting, and dashboard capabilities aligned with Shell's RMN vision.

The Product

Owner will work closely with Product Management, Data, Technology, Operations, and Delivery teams in an Agile setting. Key Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the RMN product backlog.

Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.

Drive requirements for campaign registry, audience segmentation, measurement, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinements, and Acceptance activities.

Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and advertiser needs.

Support roadmap planning and MVP definition.

Coordinate with Data, Architecture,



Engineering, QA, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.

Validate solutions through demos, testing, and stakeholder feedback.

Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and business decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Management experience.

Robust Agile/Scrum experience with backlog management tools such as Jira.

Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.

Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with data-driven products, analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.

Preferred Experience

Retail Media Networks (RMN), AdTech, Loyalty, or Digital Marketing platforms.

Customer segmentation, campaign management, and measurement/attribution solutions.

Experience working with enterprise-scale Agile delivery teams.
