Nursing LeadershipSupervise and manage the nursing team to ensure productive patient care. Prepare and monitor nursing duty rosters and staffing requirements. Guide, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance. Coordinate with doctors and other departments for seamless patient care.
Quality
AssuranceConduct regular quality checks and audits of nursing practices. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and clinical protocols. Monitor patient records for completeness and accuracy. Identify quality gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions. ExperienceMinimum 5–8 years of nursing experience. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or nursing leadership role.
Experience in healthcare quality assurance and audits is preferred.
