What you’ll do
Run process-mining engagements end-to-end: instrumentation, analysis, recommendation.
Partner with the consulting team to build agent-deployment roadmaps grounded in data.
Quantify cycle-time, throughput, and cost-to-serve uplift from agent rollouts.
What we’re looking for
3+ years in process mining, operations analytics, or BPM analytics.
Robust with SQL and at least one of: Skan.ai, Celonis, UiPath Process Mining.
Comfortable presenting findings to senior business stakeholders.
