Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python AI/ML Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python programming, Machine Learning, and AI technologies, with the ability to develop, train, and deploy intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AI/ML applications using Python.
Build, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning models.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data analysis and model development.
Implement Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models where required.
Integrate AI/ML models into web applications and APIs.
Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and business teams to understand project requirements.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time.
Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Python programming.




Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI is an added advantage.
Understanding of REST APIs and model deployment.
Familiarity with SQL, Git, and version control systems.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience in Python and AI/ML development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience with LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face.
Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI, or Flask.
Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
