Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of the Profound platform.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and customize the platform based on business needs.
Design and implement enterprise workflows and automation processes.
Integrate Profound with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Configure user roles, permissions, authentication, and security settings.
Perform data migration, validation, and synchronization activities.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
Support system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and implementation documentation.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvements.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring the Profound platform.
Robust understanding of enterprise application architecture and integrations.
Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, and XML.
Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with workflow automation and business process optimization.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in client-facing settings.
